We screen all potential employees using an online application process. In addition to completing an application for your desired position (please see our “Job Postings” listed on this page), all successful applicants to Richard McKenna must be an Idaho-certified teacher.

Teachers interested in joining our elementary teaching staff must be willing to become Montessori-certified by participating in an online Montessori training program.

Please supply the following in addition to your online application:

• Letter of application/interest
• Authorization for release of information on past employment with school employers (Idaho Code 33-1210)
• Resume
• Copies of transcripts
• Placement file or three (3) letters of recommendation
• Copy of current teaching certificate
